Right in the heart of the open Jæren landscape, with the sea as its nearest neighbour.
Only 400 meters from the sea, you will find the House by The Sea or more precisely, the Houses by the Sea.
We are open all year round.
Choose from a simple double room, a small and cosy cottage, a 200 year old restored house in the traditional style Gurihuset, or the large modern loft appartment.
Take a walk along the beach, go fishing in the nearby salmon river, go birdwatching, play a round of golf or simply relax whilst the children enjoy the play area in the garden.
Rich in experiences for young and old. Here the landscape makes an impression so strong that it can't be captured in pictures- it must be experienced!

Continental quilts and pillows are provided. We can provide bed linen at a 100 NOK
Breakfast can be ordered. 150 NOK
Outside there is a small private garden with a barbeque, table and chairs and play area for children.
No smoking inside any of the buildings.
LOFTET

The Loft Appartment is on the first floor of our third house. This a large modern appartment with a large living area, balcony and beautiful view of the sea. The appartment is 100m2 in total.
The kitchen is stylish and fully equipped. The large eating area is positioned so that you can enjoy the view whilst you eat. There are two bedrooms with 4 single beds and sofabed in the living room. The large bathroom has WC, shower and washing machine and has underfloor heating.

GURIHUSET

Gurihuset is a typical house in the traditional Jæren style. This is reflected in the interior furnishings and decor.
The house has three bedrooms, with 8 beds in total, so it is ideal for a large family or a small group. The living room has a TV and a comfortable sitting area for many people.
The kitchen is fully equipped. New flooring with heating. In the bathroom there is WC, shower and washing machine.

The Rooms are in the same building as The Loft Appartment, on the ground floor. There are two rooms, with two beds in each room. Each room can be rented separately.
